Boss Eyeglasses
I was injured at work, I was stocking shelves and when I moved the boxes around they fell on my face and pushe?
d my eyeglasses against my left eye. I told my boss I wanted to go to the doctor. He said I dont have a problem sending you to the doctor, but i’m going to document you as using unsafe work practices. i went to the dr and I have a tiny scratch on my eye. Some of the boxes were stacked higher than normal and those are the ones that fell on me. So it looks like my boss is going to try to blame me. I wasnt the one who stacked those boxes on the double decker. Please help
Also, I live in California and I work part time.
