How do you become a fashion designer in second life?

I’m new in Second Life, and I’m wondering how to become a fashion designer in Second Life? I need some answers?

To become a fashion designer you are going to need lots of textures of fabrics and then you are going to need a lot of practice on a grafix program,,,such as Photo shop or something which ever you find the easier,,,the trick is to design the clothes as if they were wrap around paper on the avatar,,for example to make a shirt you are going to have to make a texture that is the FRONT of the shirt on the left and the BACK of the shirt on the RIGHT,,,so it actually WRAPS around the avatar,,,then the CUTTING is done by adding ALPHA CHANNELS to the texture,,so basically those are transparent areas that will be SEE THROUGH,,,so if you want to make a BRA,,,then the bra portion will be your design of the bra and the rest of the texture will be alpha channel or transparent,,,then you UPLOAD that texture as a shirt,,,,but in one word IT TAKES TIME,,,you cant compete with armidi,,and redgrave on your very first day in SL,,,,those brands took years to get where they are now,,,my advice will be to LEARN and then start working for a bigger company,,,and show them your designs,,,maybe they will like em and yu will get a job,,or perhaps a partnership with them,,
