If My O.D (RIGHT EYE) IS -5.50 FOR EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION, WHAT IS IT FOR MY CONTACT PRESCRIPTION?
Hippo is right, you need to know your base curve and diameter as well as the proper prescription (will be a bit weaker for contacts, because they sit right on your eyes.) Even then, sometimes they have to try several brands to get one that is comfortable.
In many countries, you must have a valid prescription to get contacts and, you have to an eye exam and fitting before they will write the prescription. Even if you live somewhere where there are no rules, it would be highly advisable to have a proper fitting for contacts. The probability of correctly guessing the proper parameters for contacts that would fit you would be pretty slim.

There seems to be some misunderstanding, I did NOT say the asker couldn’t get contacts, I just said to get a proper fitting, so the contacts will fit right and not risk eye damage etc.
