Flex Eye
I can’t fall asleep! I keep lying down with my eyes closed, but all of a sudden I’ll have the need to fidget?
I’ll be lying there totally relaxed and then I’ll need to flex or move or tighten a (large) muscle- as in my arm or leg or upper back/shoulders. Any suggestions?
It seems like this happens mostly on days where I sleep in and do not exercise much…
You answered your own question…you aren’t getting enough exercise.
Also – try to only drink water. It is healthier. Sugar and caffiene from drinks can affect you later in the day and keep you up.
You may have stress or things on “the back of your mind” that you haven’t dealt with that your subconscious mind is keeping you up for.
Don’t eat heavy foods before bed. Even if you do fall asleep eventually your stomach is working hard and so you cannot get into the level 4 sleep time that you need.
