The ’68, ’69, and ’70 Chargers were a unibody construction, a B-body platform. The roof line in the rear was unique to the Charger. You could probably use another B-body platform and build a Charger since quarters and roof skins are available.

I know the price of a rolling chassis is high but the poor economy has depressed prices. It would probably be cheaper and definitely easier if you started with the real deal.
