How to hide scratches on eyeglasses?
My new puppy got ahold of my glasses last night and decided they’d make a wonderful chew toy. Anyway, as you can guess, they’re scratched. (little bitty teeth marks in ‘em)
I’m not in the mood, or have the money (of curse she would chew them only a week after my warranty expired on my lenses) to go replace the lenses, but I’d really appreciate a way if anyone knows how to at least physically HIDE the scratches more efficiently, maybe with some kind of coating or whatever. ..

I also have to add that these are deep and noticeable, they’re little tiny dots mostly, but decently deep. I highly doubt simply buffing them or using a simple scratch remover would work.
All the scratch hiding “coatings” I have has seen used in glasses are for fine scratches, not pits and gouges, like what you have, and even when coated you can still tell they have been treated. Pits will still be noticeable and may be even more noticeable, much like rock chips in a windshield when filled with that chip stop fluid.
I would attempt to see if the warranty will hold for a week out of warranty as they will sometimes do that depending on where you got the glasses (unless you already tried that).
