Which things should be there in a ladies designer boutique???like earings etc?from where to buy these things?
I am thinking to start a unisex boutique in a posch locality in north Delhi.
Which things should I put in display?accessories?
I love going to boutiques rather than malls because they always have different things. Go to buyers markets, you will need a tax ID number and your business license to get a tag to go in and buy. Some markets require you to show them a voided check with your company name on it. You’ll need to register ahead of time. You can go online and google buyers markets. Go online and look up handmade jewelry and also Novica has some ideas on handmade jewelry from all around the world and list the people who make it.
Luna Bella makes wonderful lighting that not many people carry. I know that you are talking clothing and accessories but I love to go in a shop that has a few interesting home accessories. Think about using their lighting in your shop and selling a few pieces. They make designs for a year and then destroy that mold and change the design for the next year. I feel that atmosphere is important in a boutique.
Handbags,scarves, earrings, necklaces, rings, fun watches, clothes and even fun and different throws for anybody to curl up in. Night shirts, pajamas, tanks, the list could go on and on.
The atmosphere and the way you treat people will seperate you from the rest!
