Is there a difference in reading glasses versus computer glasses?
I just got some reading glasses and I am not sure if it really helps wiht the computer. I turned the contrast down on the computer so there wouldn’t be such a glare. I’ve just been having headaches and I am pretty sure they’re from the computer use.
In my experience, computer glasses take into account the distance from your eyes to the computer screen – reading distance, in my case, is somewhat different.
Another observation on the headaches – I know that my neck is the source of a lot of my computer headaches – consider that.
