Rim Titanium
help with car – rims?
So I have a mitsubishi galant with old titanium rims that aren’t made anymore. One of the rims has a crack in it. I’ve been driving 2-3 years with the crack in the rim. A mechanic from pepboys put some tar over the crack to stop the leaking of air. So today, I went to a mechanic that’s been helping me with my car for the last few years and he recommended that I change all the rims because air will continue to leak out from around the tire and he tried putting tar over it again but there’s always going to be a leak. SInce the car is 8 years old, I really don’t want to spend a couple hundred bucks to replace all the rims when I plan on buying a new cars 2-3 years from now.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

You don’t have to replace all of the rims, just the bad one. I say just call a local junk yard and find out if they have any. If they don’t then call another, im sure many people have them.
