Stylish Eyeglasses

Forty-five is about how old I was when I had to go from bifocals to trifocals. Maybe even though the lasik surgery corrected your eyesight, your eyes continued to react to aging processes.

I’ve heard that lasik surgery is not always successful. However, when you’ve had good results for the last six years, it would seem that in your case it was quite successful.

Don’t give up, though! I don’t have to wear glasses at all anymore. For another health reason, I “ate raw” for about a year. I consumed only fresh fruits and vegetables, with some raw corn, a small amount of other grains (cooked), seeds, nuts, and raw peanuts (the Spanish variety, actually quite good), and soy milk. In addition to munching the fruits and veggies, I made juice from them to drink. During periodic “juice fasts,” I would consume a quart of juice as a substitute for one meal. That really gets a lot of phytonutrients into your system.

In the past year, we hit some hard times financially and I didn’t eat that way. My eyesight has regressed. I’m eating better now, and my eyesight has already begun to respond.

So maybe you can satisfy your sense of style in other ways than eyeglass chains! Best of luck!
