Why do I get super shaky when flexing a muscle or hugging someone moderately tightly?
I am not a weak person, and have a fair amount of muscle, yet I am very shaky while cuddling and what not.. This doesn’t happen to anyone else I know so what could be the issue? Sorry this is brief, but I am really not sure how else to explain it. Ive gotten shaky like this while a while now while performing mild activities
It is the most noticeable in leg arms and neck & abs and Ive noticed it for a year or so perhaps
It happens all the time. To me, to my husband, to anyone. Usually its because you over worked your self, but if you don’t work out, and it has been going on for that long, go see your doctor.
